Accessibility
Unfortunately the building is not accessibility compliant. There are two therapy rooms and a toilet downstairs.
Where to park
There is pay and display on-street parking available outside the centre on Park Grove itself, as well as on Museum Place which are both within 2 minutes’ walk of the rooms.
There are 3 car parks within 5 minutes walk of the centre:
NCP Cardiff Dumfries Place (CF10 3FN - £2.45 for 1 hour)
NCP Cardiff Greyfriars (CF10 3AD - £4.95 for 1 hour)
Car park The Capitol Shopping Centre (CF10 2HH - £2.50 for 1 hour)
Trains
The nearest train station is Cathays (CF10 3LU) which is around a 6-minute walk from the centre.
Buses
The area is extremely well served by buses, with the centre being near several primary bus stops such as:
Gorsedd Gardens, National Museum Stop, Dumfries Place, City Hall, and Greyfriars Road.
